Steel Roll Upender Technical Description

Overturn steady , high efficiency, 3 minutes when turning at 180 degrees
The primary of the machine is to have large blocks overturn angle, instead of manually using the lever to reduce the labor of workers and improve labor productivity.
Steel Roll Upender process description:
1 First put the product into the turning machine with the driving or forklift, start the operation button, the pressing mechanism automatically presses down (hydraulic) to fix the product, the turning machine starts to turn over, and the pressing mechanism automatically resets (hydraulic) loose after the product completes 180° turning. Open the product, drive or forklift to remove the product; start the reset flip button, flip the machine to reset.

Steel Roll Upender Main features:

1. Using super worm gear reducer makes the transmission power of the equipment more safe and reliable.
2. The four-wheel mechanism with reasonable structure has a stable bearing.
3. When the 180° is turned over, the double protection switch device (mechanical limit switch and electric limit switch limit) is used to make the turning machine safer.
4. When the raft is up and down, the flip table is stable.
5. After the flip is completed, the flip ends to automatically stop.
6. Using the emergency stop button makes it possible to quickly stop the flip in an emergency.
7. The unit can be stopped at any position during the flipping process.
